| Redelijk net hotel, kamers een beetje een allegaartje van stijlen uit de afgelopen decennia. Ontbijt redelijk. Wel heel dichtbij haven met veel leuke restaurants en winkels en bij de zee. |

| Things were not up to date. Plus, a window curtain was torn, the bathroom door wouldn't stay shut, one couldn't plug in the microwave and the refrigerator at the same time and the only room heat came from a tiny wall heater located above the TV. It's minimal comfort for a short stay, I suppose. |

| When we checked into our room it was supposed to have been non-smoking, but obviously there had been smokers. The manager said that someone must have been smoking near the door outside and the smoke drifted in. So they gave us the room next door which was acceptable. There had been some improvements but it was pretty outdated. But the price was reasonable.The shower nozzle was about 5 ft. high - a little inconvenient. The "breakfast" was cereal, pastries, juice, coffee, and juice. (The water for tea was not hot.) The family seemed nice that was running the place, but I probably would not stay there again. There were a lot of other possibilities in the area. It is located just up the hill from Morro Rock which was the best part of the stay - beautiful walk along the shore line. |

| The motel was just fine, our room was clean and the area was quiet. The stairs leading upstairs need some work, but that was the only thing i could find wrong with the place. That was not important to me, the inside of the room is the most important! |

| The motel was older than expected and was not as clean as expected. There was dust on the head boards (lots of it). The bathroom sink was cracked, the shower door would not latch. |

| The motel was located right up the street from all the shops and resturants (which was great). The motel didn't have AC or Fan...so it got stuffy. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were very flat and impossible to sleep with. There seemed to be a couple of families living there....I saw them sweeping out their rooms. This was odd... but, for the price I paid...and I was only there to get some sleep and was out first thing in the morning...it served it's purpose. |

| Room was clean service was satisfactery.We stayed in february,needles to say it was Cold!!! The room had no Heat!!!There were not enough blankets to stay warm and the office stated they do not provide exra blankets,come on!!!!Sorry will not be staying there again... |

| The hotel is still undergoing renovation but the quality of the work being done is not good. Bed was uncomfortably hard. Absolutely no amenities. Not even a coffee pot in the room! |
